Love this breakdown, makes total sense, especially about the “soft disbelief” part. People do get skeptical fast. Here’s one that worked pretty well for me recently: Subject Line: "Don’t open this... unless you want free traffic"
Why I think it worked: It had that reverse psychology vibe (“don’t open this”) and then “free traffic” was just enough bait without sounding spammy. Still testing a bunch of other styles though! Definitely agree that numbers and curiosity hooks are the way to go. |
