Hey everyone!
I thought it’d be fun (and maybe even a little inspiring) to share what our mornings look like before we dive into the world of safelists and viral mailers.

For me, it usually starts around 6:30 AM. I grab a coffee, stretch a bit, and then spend 10–15 minutes reading or journaling to get my mind focused. I try not to look at emails or social media right away — otherwise my brain goes straight into "reaction mode" and I lose control of the day.

Once I’m settled, I do a quick check on my scheduled mailings and inboxes — but only after I’ve grounded myself a bit.

Anyone else have a morning ritual that helps set the tone before the safelist grind begins? Do you just roll out of bed and straight into emails, or do you have a pre-check routine that helps you focus?

Would love to hear how you all start your day!

I was organizing some files the other day and it made me wonder, how often do you actually clean out your Downloads folder?
Personally, I don’t download a ton of stuff, but I still like to keep the folder tidy. Every week or so I’ll go in, delete what I don’t need, and move anything important to where it actually belongs. It just feels better not having it cluttered with random PDFs and zip files
Curious how others handle it, do you let it pile up, or are you a clean freak like me?

For me, I still bookmark sites I use regularly or pages I know I’ll want to come back to, like login pages, tools I use for safelists, or helpful articles. It just saves time instead of searching or digging through old emails.
That said, I do end up Googling a lot of stuff anyway, especially when it’s something I don’t use often or just need quick info on.
So I guess I do both, but bookmarks are still very much part of my workflow.

Just curious how others here are consuming content these days.
Personally, I still enjoy reading articles and blog posts, especially when I’m looking for info quickly or just want to skim and get to the point. There's something about reading that lets you go at your own pace, and I feel like I absorb it better sometimes.
That said, I do watch videos too, especially tutorials or explainer stuff. Some topics are just easier to follow when someone’s showing you step-by-step. But I haven’t fully switched over to video like a lot of people seem to be doing.
For me, it’s more about using both depending on what I need but I definitely haven’t abandoned reading.
What about you? Are you mostly watching these days, or do you still read blogs/articles too?

Lately, I’ve been seeing AI-generated content popping up everywhere emails, blog posts, social media captions, even ad copy. Some of it’s decent, some of it’s clearly auto-written and just feels off.
As someone who works with safelists and viral mailers, I get the appeal it’s a time-saver, and tools like ChatGPT can definitely help beat writer’s block. But I’ve also noticed a growing amount of content that feels super generic or robotic, especially in the subject lines and body copy of promo emails.
I’m curious how others here feel:

Are you using AI to help write your emails or subject lines?

Do you notice when others are using it?

Do you think it helps or hurts engagement?

Personally, I think it can be helpful as a starting point, but if you don’t tweak or personalize it, people can tell and they tune out.
Would love to hear your take. Is AI making things better or just more cluttered?

Curious to know how everyone here works best.
I’ve tried sticking to a “normal” daytime routine, but honestly… night time just hits different.
Most of my work gets done late , fewer distractions, quieter, and my brain seems to click better after dark.
I’ve even done full ad campaigns or written email copy at like 2AM. Not always ideal for sleep, but definitely productive.
So what about you?
Are you a bright-and-early type or do you thrive after midnight like me?
Let’s hear how your schedule works

I was casually scrolling the internet the other day when I found out that octopuses have three hearts and their blood is blue.
Blue. Not poetic "blue" literally blue.
Two hearts pump blood to the gills, and the third pumps it to the rest of the body. And when they swim, that third heart actually stops beating.
How do they even survive like that?
Honestly, this little fact completely rewired my brain for a few minutes.
Let’s learn something strange together.

Thought it would be cool to start a little thread where we share some motivational quotes that help us stay focused, especially on those tough days when everything feels like a grind.

Here’s one that always hits for me:

Quote:"Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out." – Robert Collier

It’s a good reminder that even the little steps count and you don’t have to do everything perfectly all at once.
What about you?

Drop a quote that keeps you fired up, could be serious, funny, whatever gets you moving!
